The Name
“What does Pom Aesthetic mean?”
“Pom”, short for Pomegranate (just easier to say and sounds cooler IMHO) was an early Jewish symbol for wisdom, knowledge, and righteousness. To serve clients well, all these attributes are needed. Even more, as one writer gushed, “The Pomegranate contains all the possibilities of creation, just like the mind contains the potential for all thoughts until they are expressed . . .” The many seeds in the pomegranate fruit (an estimated 613) are a symbol of the journey from sowing seed to bearing fruit — much like the creative design process itself.
Aesthetic is a word meaning “concerned with beauty or the appreciation of beauty.” Science tells us that we recall more than 90% of the visual experiences we have — more than any of the other senses we use! At Pom Aesthetic we’re more than just a design studio. Our goal is for the practical aspects of your project to translate into a memorable experience for your audience — through creativity, beauty and excellence.
The Work
Pom Aesthetic takes your gathering from an event or conference and makes it a community experience. We combine artistic disciplines of environmental design, modern art, sculpture, interior and lighting design to create unique experiences that foster community among your audience.
